Our Team

The therapists your child will look forward to

Every therapist at New Heights is licensed, pediatric-trained, and chosen for one thing above all, how genuinely they connect with kids. Here's who you'll meet.

  • Licensed & credentialed

The whole team

Different specialties, one shared approach.

Our speech, occupational, physical, feeding, and myofunctional therapists each bring deep expertise, and they bring it to the same table. When your child sees more than one of us, we share notes, align on goals, and cheer for the same wins, so your child's care feels like one plan, not several.

Kimberly Williams, Owner and Founder - Speech-Language Pathologist at New Heights Therapy in Lawrence and Topeka, KansasSpeech Therapy

Kimberly Williams

M.S., CCC-SLP

Owner & Founder · Speech-Language Pathologist

Kim graduated from Fort Hays State University in 2004 and founded New Heights Therapy out of a simple belief: that therapy should feel like play and that families deserve to be part of every step. She still carries her own caseload, working with children from their earliest years through their teens, and she built a team of therapists who are just as excited about what speech and movement can unlock. If you've ever wondered who sets the tone here; it's Kim: warm, unhurried and genuinely convinced that every child has something worth hearing.

Fun fact

I'm a Western Kansas girl with 25 first cousins, family get-togethers are always fun… and LOUD.

Erin Nolte, Speech-Language Pathologist at New Heights Therapy in Lawrence and Topeka, KansasSpeech Therapy

Erin Nolte

M.S., CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist

  • Myo

Erin grew up in a small town in Northeast Kansas and earned her Master's at Kansas State University. She especially enjoys treating orofacial myofunctional disorders, tongue and lip ties and tongue thrusts, the kind of issues that affect how a child breathes, sleeps, speaks and eats. She works closely with dentists and orthodontists, so families get a coordinated plan rather than appointments that never talk to each other. Erin's patients tend to describe sessions as surprisingly fun for something that involves so much tongue work.
